Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the stems off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 2: Season the Sprouts
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
