- 1 teaspoon oil

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-inch ginger (grated or finely chopped)
- ½ onion (sliced)
- 1 small carrot (julienned or thinly sliced)
- ½ cup bell peppers (sliced, any color)
- ½ cup cabbage (shredded)
- ½ cup mushrooms (optional, sliced)
- ½ cup protein ( tofu, or paneer)
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (light or dark)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (rice vinegar or white vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (adjust to spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust as needed)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional for a thicker sauce)
For Garnishing:
- Spring onions (chopped)
- Sesame seeds
- Crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions:
Step 1: Boil the Noodles
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil.
