Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized ripe pineapple (about 4 cups chopped)
- 1β2 cups water (adjust based on thickness preference)
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice (enhances flavor and prevents oxidation)
- 1β2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, only if needed)
- 1-inch piece of ginger (optional, for a spicy kick)
- A few mint leaves (optional, for freshness)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled drink)

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Pineapple
- Wash the pineapple thoroughly.
- Cut off the top and bottom, then peel off the skin using a sharp knife.
- Slice the pineapple into quarters and remove the core if itβs tough.
- Chop the pineapple into small chunks for easy blending or juicing.
Step 2: Blend or Juice
π If using a Juicer:
- Feed the pineapple chunks into the juicer and collect the juice.
- Add lemon juice and stir well.
π If using a Blender:
- Add the pineapple chunks, water, and optional ginger to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp (optional).
Step 3: Sweeten and Adjust Flavor
- Taste the juice and add honey or sugar if needed.
- Stir in lemon or lime juice to enhance the flavor.
Step 4: Serve and Store
- Pour into a glass over ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Store leftover juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
