Rice:

  • 2 cups cooked and cooled basmati or jasmine rice (preferably day-old for better texture)

Vegetables:

  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • ¼ cup chopped cabbage
  • ½ cup green peas

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions:

1. Cook the Rice:

6. Final Touch:

  • Sprinkle chopped spring onions (reserve some for garnish) and mix well.

7. Serve Hot:
